Undergraduate

This subject examines contemporary issues in media law. It provides students with an opportunity to explore in an in-depth and critical way, issues of contemporary interest in the general areas of defamation, contempt, censorship and privacy. The particular focus of examination is the impact of these issues on the media. Students are encouraged to consider implications of policy and principle.
