Undergraduate

The subject consists of two parts: individual aspects of the employment relationship; and the formation, foundation and termination of the employment contract. The subject also examines the rights and liabilities of employers and employees under common law principles and legislation including occupational health and safety law, anti-discrimination law and remedies involving reinstatement. Although reviewing federal law, the subject has a practical emphasis on NSW legislation.
