This subject deals with the design and development of applications using Visual Studio .NET and in particular the Visual Basic .NET language. Students build windows and web-based applications and gain experience connecting to databases using the relevant database classes. The principles and practices of interface design, documentation, deployment management and the maintenance of object-oriented systems is also covered.
