32005 Strategic Leadership in the Digital Era

This subject locates organisational leadership practices within a global business context dominated by a revolution in information and communication technology (ICT). Its focus is upon strategic leadership practices that integrate business and IT strategy and manage its execution within the context of the business operation. The subject identifies critical practices, around the management of power, conflict, talent and knowledge, that enable the effective implementation of strategy, and it attempts to develop in students the appropriate theoretical and conceptual frames of reference and knowledge bases required for the mastery of such practices.
