This subject examines strategic project management competencies, communications and human resources management in the context of specific problem-based scenarios; communications and human resources plan development; performance reporting; scope change control; project information systems, information management; administrative closure; project organisational planning; staff acquisition; team development; negotiation, meetings facilitation, mentoring, counselling and conflict management.
