This subject aims to develop greater understanding and skills in curriculum or program delivery to ensure more effective learning in the vocational education and training context. The focus is on the interpretation, as opposed to the development, of program documents and the range of factors that need to be taken into account to ensure that that situational factors do not stand in the way of effective learning. There is emphasis upon creativity and problem solving in program interpretation to try to ensure the best learning outcomes for learners and the most effective use of available resources.
