The Strategic Management major provides students with a comprehensive range of skills and expertise expected of corporate, business and functional managers who wish to apply high-level conceptual and critical thinking skills to strategy and the process of achieving competitive superiority (i.e. the process of transforming strategic vision into reality). Participants have the opportunity to acquire knowledge in the areas of corporate governance, knowledge management, strategic operations and supply, entrepreneurship and innovation, and consulting through learning strategies that cover the use and application of leading-edge practices in the practice of strategy to meet the business challenges arising from international forces and technical innovation.
