Thai language and culture will be taught for the first time at UTS in 2006. These subjects are in the process of being developed at the time of publication. The subjects will introduce students to the Thai language and develop aspects of speaking, reading, writing and listening. Specific information on each level is expected to be available by the end of February 2006 or earlier if possible. Contact the Institute for International Studies for further information.

Assessment: Assessment for this subject comprises a combination of continuous assessment and final examinations for speaking, listening, reading and writing. Further details are available in the subject outline distributed in class during the first teaching week.
