This subject deals with the range of court-ordered remedies available to a plaintiff in civil proceedings. The more common remedies are those administered at either common law or in equity: damages; equitable remedies (declarations, specific performance, injunctions, account, equitable damages); and statutory and common law remedies for deceptive conduct. Bankruptcy and insolvency are also considered.
