This subject, conducted through a combination of classroom and laboratory sessions (where necessary), provides knowledge of geological occurrences and hydraulics of groundwater flow, exploration techniques, extraction engineering and borefield management.

Additional subject costs: Course notes cost $20. Textbook costs to be advised.

Assessment: Continuous assessment involving assignments, problems and a short informal examination.
