This subject focuses on the evaluation of projects using cost and time parameters and software packages. Students learn how to evaluate using industry-accepted models for analysis of building program time and cost; and learn, process and analyse active building systems, mechanical services, hydraulics, communication and energy systems, waste and water management, integration of services and other technical and environmental constraints as they influence construction systems. There is opportunity for professional liaison with consultants.
