This subject aims to analyse and process key elements involved in programming, such as rationale, content, methods, assessment and evaluation, and interpret them within the context of school management plans. Students learn to design teaching programs integrating the KLAs, based on the above elements and appropriate to nominated year levels and school contexts, and to examine the different techniques of program evaluation. The field component of this subject has a teaching focus in block form in a regular primary school.
