015931 Strategic Approaches to Learning and Development

6cp
Undergraduate
Subject coordinator: Elyssebeth Leigh

Provision of workplace-based learning and development opportunities is now a widely accepted part of organisational arrangements in Australia. This subject assists learners to gain relevant capabilities for developing strategically focused approaches to the design, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs. It combines examination of current organisational practices with critical reflection on ways to apply research findings and insights from analysis of the literature to both hypothetical and real-life contexts. Learners explore ways to lead the implementation and management of learning and development projects and processes in their own workplaces.
