This subject addresses key elements in the design of learning activities that assist in the development of individuals, and work teams in organisational settings. It considers various modes of learning delivery, e.g. orthodox technical and procedural training classes, on the job instruction, multimedia delivery, and flexible delivery systems, and provides opportunities for students to develop an analytical framework for making development design decision.
