This subject provides students with an opportunity to extend the expertise developed in the prerequisite subject. It focuses on practical teaching skills including management of the learning context, and the development and evaluation of teaching and learning activities. Students observe and analyse lessons given by experienced teachers in their field. They also undertake supervised teaching and complete a reflective practicum journal.
