015056 Examining the Organisational Context (Vocational Education)

This subject focuses on the practitioner in the context of working with (or for) large or small organisations. Such organisations may have a variety of purposes, but the usual role for the students as practitioner is that of facilitator and provider of teaching and learning experiences. This subject addresses the knowledge, skills and attributes which a competent practitioner needs to work effectively in such contexts.
