015032 Field of Practice Specialist Knowledge 2 (Vocational Education)

This subject enables students to explore the field of practice from the perspective of practitioner and educator in the field. Students examine current developments in the nature and scope of their specialism and how this relates to their role as adult educators and reflective practitioners. Students explore the diversity of roles within their field of practice, the range of practices and the diversity of clients and appropriate strategies to build an inclusive learning environment.
