Cultural diversity is a critical issue in the contemporary workplace. This is in part due to the rapid pace of globalisation and the increasing local demographic diversity as a result of immigration and a more fluid international labour market. At the same time, the restructuring of work puts a greater emphasis on culture as a management concept.
