This subject introduces students to ways of approaching educational research through two strands which inform each other. The first strand is a personal exploration of interests in and understandings of educational inquiry in the students' context of practice, while the second strand develops formal knowledge of research perspectives in educational research and introduces students to key debates regarding the nature of educational inquiry. This subject is a requirement for the MEd(Hons).
