010123 Adult Teaching and Learning

In this subject students are encouraged to survey certain adult learning principles and a number of adult learning theories. This leads to a review of teaching and learning techniques which places an emphasis on facilitation and dialogue and which draws on the theories and practice of educators with experience in the fields of community development and social action.
