The Customer Relationship Management sub-major provides participants with the opportunity to acquire knowledge about creating and evaluating customer-centric organisations using supporting e-business technology. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is presented as integration of organisational, human and system relationships between sellers and customers. Supporting e-business technologies including key CRM applications and their links to enterprise application suites plus their capabilities delivering customer information are also explored in this sub-major.
