Overview

The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Organisational Learning produces graduates who can manage organisational development and change. It develops the knowledge, skills and attributes required to work in the public or private sector to support the learning and change management activities of organisations.

Course aims

The Honours course aims to provide, through coursework and supervision, the basic research competency skills and knowledge, as well as critical feedback and collegiate support necessary to enable the development and completion of an Honours thesis.

Career options

Career options include human resource development, learning management, education and learning, performance improvement and consultancy.

Additional admission requirements

Applicants require a Bachelor's degree in Education with a grade point average of Credit level or above.

Course duration and attendance

The course duration is one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study.

Course structure

The course totals 48 credit points and consists of two core subjects, an elective and a thesis. Possible electives are listed in CBK90148.
